Anybody at GM place last night see what I thought I saw, Jan Bulis played a damn decent game for us. I don't know if it looked the same on TV, but from where I was sitting Bulis pulled his weight and then some and I am somewhat impressed. I can garuntee you it wasn't the alcohol that fooled me, because GM place stopped serving before the end of the third

Everybody played an excellent game, Naslund was very good, but BULIS????

props to the player I have hated all season

keep it up or else

Yep i thought he played well as well and another guy who has been in my dog house for the latter part of the season I thought Krajieck played a good game he was skating well and making good rushes up the ice.

Bulis can skate like the dickens, but can't do it with the puck - he looks like he is trying too hard - if he were to slow it down (a bit), his stick handling could be a lot better and could become the the top 6 winger he thinks he is, the top 6 winger he was brought here to be.

Most times I see him with a burst of speed, he's overskating or leaving the puck behind...

Both Bulis and Krajicek have been playing tremendous hockey the latter part of the season. Great hustle and decisions from both.

Krajicek is simply coming into his own as a young D-man while Bulis finally accepted his role in the NHL and on this team I think.

I'm thoroughly impresed with Naslund and Bulis. Smolinski hasn't looked out of place either.

But Bulis is doing everything we've been asking him to do. Of course, it's only one game, but by that geam, he deserves to be in the lineup more than before.

i thought from period 1 through 7 Bulis was our most consistant forward. His speed looked dangerous, he finished his checks, and even looked aware in his own zone.

its only 1 game, but the way him and smoke played it looks like we might get scoring from 3 lines.

Except score.

As tant so excellently mentioned above, all Bulis' hard work is going for naught as he can't do anything with the puck.

Reminds me of Nathan Lafayette. Fast as Bure until you gave him the puck.

As long as he's taking opposition's time away from the Sedins, he's doing his job.

At one point, the Sedins were left alone due to the threat of other lines.

That's all I'm asking him to do.

Next game anyways will be a continuation of the last OT's.

1-0, 2-1 type of games.

Bulis played just as much as the Sedins and still had legs and energy in the last overtime period. That's impressive considering the way he played throughout the game.

..but...

he's still a culprit of giveaways...and this is in regulation...not in overtime when EVERYONE was giving pucks away.

apart from that...yeah he has conserved himself enough energy to play ONE decent game of playoff hockey. Lets just hope he continues...and doesn't need to recharge for 15 games.

But we should still trade them all to Tampa for Vinnie, St. Louis, Richards, and Ranger because The Bolt's would go for that.....right? blink.gif
